***Most procedures are billed to your dental insurance carrier.
***However, procedures such as biopsies are billed to your medical insurance carrier.

Additional Note: Some dental policies require a medical insurance denial and/or medical insurance to be billed first. Therefore, if we are not in-network with your medical policy, we may be unable to bill your insurance for services received.

Discount Plans

We also accept quite a few discount plans, such as: Careington, Ameriplan, HumanaOne; We are part of a very large network that has many small discount programs. Call & see if we accept yours!
 

Payment Options

We do not offer payment plans.
Your co-payments, out-of-pocket costs, and applicable co-insurance can be paid with cash, check (services less than $500), credit (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), or CareCredit card.

If you're interested in Care Credit and/or would like to see if you qualify, visit www.carecredit.com and apply.
*Bring your Care Credit card with you to your appointment if you'd like to use this as your method of payment. If you applied and were approved, but have not yet received your card in the mail, you can bring your account number with you.

Please bring a valid Identification card or Driver's License with you if you are paying with a card or check.
